Wireless Charger Not Recieved

I got my phone on 26 september 2017 and i pre booked it on 19 september through a retailer and he told me that i will be getting the wireless cahrger delivered at my house in 15 days but still not got any message or information regarding that had even registered in my galaxy app at the time of purchase. Please Help as soon as possible.

u can track ur order by logging into your Samsung account online. my status says confirmed. there seems to be delay though compared to s8 release.

i had mailed at my.galaxy@samsung.com and had recieved that i had not registered from the number i had booked it with ... and the thing is i had did it... even the retailer himself confirmed twice and the day i purchase the sim is in sim 1 and i had registered on my galaxy app from the same number. please help me out.
