Wifi not turning on on my note10lite

I'm not able to turn on wifi no matter what I do. 

I have tried restarting phone and tried diagnostics also but it asks to turn on Wi-Fi which is the actual problem.

Try resetting the Network settings

Navigate to Settings>Tap General Management. Now tap on Reset. Tap Reset network settings

It's Samsung manufacturing defect. Only 1 option is to visit customer care.

Tried but that didn't help. I see that even I'm not able to turn on Hotspot also.

This is Samsung note 10 lite. It was working fine till the last update.

Then its the August Update, which messed your Device up! Wait till the next one rolls out.. or you can try Hard Resetting it
