How to Enable wifi calling on my Note9 having Airtel 4G sim and Airtel wifi

it is only available with jio and airtel sim cards. if your sim is so . it is on the panel

Its not rolled out totally but in some circles. If you're in the circle where it is rolled out then you can enable through

1. Notification panel
2. Phone - settings - wifi calling
3. Settings - Connections - Wi-Fi Calling

Currently I stay in bangalore. I think Airtel provide this service in bangalore

confirm it with other airtel users in banglore

now airtel only testing so only some people have this option. So if you want to use than u use jio network.(it is by default settings there no any setting for enable it)
