This is very unfair, someone has spend almost 70000 INR to purchase the premium phone ( Galaxy Note9) but company like Samsung not valued their constumers however not selected the said device for latest update.

I think its time to left the samsung family and switch to another option.
3 major updates is for models purchased from year 2019. note 9 was launched in year 2018. Wonder where you got your information from. none of 9 series will get any major update.😜
Samsung didnot force you to buy neither you are in any contract. its their policy only 2 major upgrades. You got pie followed by 10 with ui 2.5. Thats it. Note 9 will continue to get security updates till year 2022. note 9 is archive model now. 😜😜
