As suggested by vinodsolanke , i updated via smart switch from pc. But this is the only area where I feel, android lacks. On iOS there is one specific date, when all users gets upate at the same time. But in Android we have ti wait.. check over and over.

I can't update my note 20 with using smart switch

You need good internet connection and it takes a lot of time. In my case it tool over 2 hours.

I too updated my note 20 now using smart switch. In order to fasten up the process of updating. Once the latest software is downloaded and a message saying "checking downloaded files" just disconnect your phone and connect it again. This will fasten up the whole process.
