When android 9.1 or one ui 1.1 update come??

Because after update,

1.battery drain fast and standby time is very low.
Ex:- last night(11.00pm) my battery has 33% battery but today morning(7.00 am ) it has 20% percent.
 
2.Some animations are laggy.

3.When I play pubg in my note 9 it will over heat.

the beta version was quite stable and battery drainage was improved
