Hellow people, need a help, am suffering from an issue. My note 8 is dropping signals where as my other phones in same place are showing better signals with 4G. I have reset the network settings. Have cleaned the sim card. Still same issue i have checked with technician and hardware is also fine. Can any one help me out on this. Am suffering alot

Please Visit Nearby Samsung Service Center, if there is some technical issue with phone. You will Definitely get help from there.

Rameez, few things you can try here.
1 put the sim in other phone and check
2 change the sim and try
3 keep in mind that Chinese brand phones all of them have better network reception than Samsung and apple.
I have experienced this with my Huawei and Note 8. At same place Huawei will show full strength and Note 8 and also Note 9 would show only 2 or 3 bars of network.

We would suggest you to follow the mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

1- You may check by exchanging the SIM in SIM slots and also try using different network operators.

2- If still issue persists then we would suggest you to contact network service provider.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members application (Open Samsung members app > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report / ask question).
