The IP68 certification of the Galaxy Note 9 is it's major attraction. Whenever I go for swimming, I do take my Note 9 with me to click pictures and I don't have to bother whether I am holding with wet hands of not. Many times water has splashed over it, but nothing happens at all!
there is no doubt that is your phone is ip68 water resistance but it is limited to surviving upto one meter depth and 30 minuts. company uses the water resistance glue inside the front and back panel. if device is use many times in the water then glue goes slowly weaker and then your mobile can be water damaged and company not gives us water damage warranty. so be careful and clean your phone properly after wet.
