Just turn on Remove Animations in Settings- Visibility Enhancements and set the animation speeds to 0.5 from developer options and Boom there ya go

reducing animation does not make phone fast but it make phone more laggy I dont personally use this feature . it is more irritating and irrelevant to use this feature the phone will not perform well in this mode
