After android pie update i am not able to get volte for Vodafone as well as Airtel.

i have been using ONEUI since beta 1 first day
since that time i am only getting volte with JIO
never got it with Vodafone and Airtel
Now with clean stable installation also i am not getting volte neither in Vodafone nor airtel
reset setting/wipe data/cache everything done
