I have samsung galaxy note 10 plus 5G (Korean version). I am using it in India with Airtel simcard. VoLTE used to work fine on my phone but since i did a factory reset voLTE is not working. voLTE option is only not appearing. I inserted jio sim and voLTE is working fine. I also inserted my Airtel sim in another phone and voLTE is working on my sim in another phone. Airtel customer care also said that voLTE is activated for my sim. Can anybody help with this issue what else can be done?
