Sub: Regarding worst performce of my device defected product deliver to me dear sir Myself chahat singh i purchased sumsung note 9 from your deemed your store, lajpat nagar It's just 1 mont i used the problem i face listed below:- 1.Hang it's happen from starting i think its usaully but it frequent 2.App irresponsive Behave generally its occur many times app automatically close 3.Dissatisfaction performance dear sir my friend also has purchased same device but his device perform very well as compared to my device Regarding this i told to your customer care agent many times but they hold me upto 1/2 hr And my device is kept on your service center many times and now it's be also in your service center i told to your customer care agent many times but they does not help me i also made online comliant,but its not work At last i tired too much and finally made an Requst please Replace my device as soon as possible

same issue bro.. plus battery draining issue.. but customer is not ready to replace phone as not a issue 😕

customer support people behave like we are asking there property or there assets.. they wont understand customers problem only. non technical ppl explaining technical stuff strange
