VOLTE video call issue in Note 8

I'm using JIO sim , could not make video calls. its keeps dropping the call when I make native video calls

The person whom you are calling may be receiving your call as regular ( audio ) call.

yes. when they are trying to pick the video call. its disconnecting.

it's May be a software problem. just update your software then try.
