see once visit service center...but if you really think that your actual battery life is good then no need to go .....just uninstall Samsung members app and reinstall it then check

Uninstall, even factory reset won't fix this. I tried.

then leave it as it is ....or you can check ✔ device battery status by any 3rd party apps .....i think few software bug presents it's not any issue of battery because both of your same devices showing exactly same where actual battery condition is perfect...may be software glitch
