Didn’t got any Update since july on my galaxy note 9. My Current version is: N960FXXU3CSG3/ N960FOXM3CSG3/N960FXXS3CSG2. What should I do now?

I think you have inserted a sim card other than the sim of the country you purchased and did a factory reset.

Which country you purchased the device from?

If you do a reset with sim card inserted, CSC of the device (sometimes) will change to the CSC of the country of the sim card. This will result in not getting OTA updates. You can either manually download and flash the latest firmware or you can get back the old CSC by either inserting a sim card from the devices origin country and do a factory reset or you can reset the CSC back using a code. Dial *272*your phones 15 digit imei number# and select the CSC of the device origin country. Phone will factory reset automatically. Once it turns on you will get OTA updates.

For eg. If 123456789012345 is your imei you have to type *272*123456789012345#
If 987654321987654 is your imei you have to type *272*987654321987654#
