Why does Samsung roll out the same update so early in France, US and UK but so late in India? Is Samsung considering Indians as 2nd class customers?? If not then why this discrimination? This is not fair Samsung considering we pay you exactly the same amount for each phone. Further India has a huge market scope to capture. Also, the market share of Samsung in India is among the highest. So, we deserve better!

Samsung is taking us for granted i think. And they always push some bugs with the updates.

Samsung India management issue. They don't care about anything. Not only software update. Including service. And they never bring proper accessories for the products. Even they didn't bring laptop also.

But why though?? I have seen in service centres people repairing their 5 old year devices with genuine parts. Consider their brand loyalty and faith they put on Samsung. Dear Samsung we are staying loyal to the brand you should treat us the same!
