Hello everyone I'm facing an issue with my new phone ( it's an used note 10 plus ) got it yesterday 
I'm unable to connect the spen tried many times did the reset option too but none for worked and still unable to connect it is there a any way to connect it

How to Reset S Pen
Please follow the below steps:

Step1: Navigate to the Apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Advanced features.
Step3: Tap on S Pen.
Step4: Tap on Air actions.
Step5: Tap on More.
Step6: Tap on Reset S Pen.

After resetting the S pen, please connect the Spen with your device and check.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
