Unable to Login Samsung Account within Extended warranty page

I'm using Samsung Account to purchase accessories.. I've used several times.. 

Same ID PASSWORD is not working on extended warranty page from my mobile browser. 

It sends verification code and verifies.. but shows login page again and again.. funny..

Even online chat people are not cooperative.  

I wanted to know Model numbers of Monitors which supports DEX MODE.. but bad replies..
