Unable Direct Play Recorded Call

Dear Members, 

I am unable to play direct call recoding. Herewith I attached screenshoot for kind reference. 

To play the recorded call, I have to go to recorded call folder and then play. But before it was directly played by play button only.

Kindly give the solution.

Bro please hide that number for which the call was recorded.
It is clearly visible in the Screenshot.

ya, I highlighted many times via samsung error report, as you all know they simply replied with chatbot response that too not relevant to the query..

I did factory reset my phone for some other issue, now when I checked the phone app, the call recording now playing from the phone app itself

is call recording showing in samsung music app too?

yes. but u can add .nomedia file in call record folder to avoid recordings reflect in music app

due to this we can not play direct call recoding within call app

then u do one thing. no need to add .nomedia file inside call record folder. open music app, then click the 3 dot. open hide folder. in that you can hide all the folders except music folder. hope this will help to skip call records. Try. I'm not using. so u check and confirm
