UV Steriliser Voucher code not working

Hi there Samsung SA

Received my Voucher code this afternoon, however the voucher does not work.

The online site accepts the code entered but does not "affect" the order. 

In other words the voucher value is not deducted from the cart total.

Can someone please assist or help in getting this resolved.

hey Deezo if you have the OEM Or Samsung Original cover or case it will work. 3rd party does not work all the time. If you have a standalone wireless charger and the cover supports W/l charging then it will work.
