UV Steriliser Voucher code not working

Hi there Samsung SA
Received my Voucher code this afternoon, however the voucher does not work.
The online site accepts the code entered but does not "affect" the order. 
In other words the voucher value is not deducted from the cart total.

Can someone please assist or help in getting this resolved.

Please take a screenshot of the error you are getting when trying to use the voucher and mail it to zaestore@samsung.com with your voucher code.

Thanks Samsung SA, great service in resolving my issue on the Voucher code that was not working. I was able to claim my UV Sterilizer and look forward to receiving my Gift.
Also shout out to returning my call on the technical issue on the Buds Plus.
Very happy with your quick response.

Hi Notejunky,

I think when you're trying to redeem the voucher. Check where there's the option to pay via card, then un-tick the box. It should allow you to upload the voucher and redeem your gift without paying.

Thanks for the advice, unfortunately the option to untick is not there. I followed the link straight out of the email and sms sent from Samsung. Both show the option to redeem the voucher but then it takes you to the online store and this is where the problem lies in my view.
I will call Samsung SA again tomorrow.

@Notejunky when you add your item to cart, select the add promo code. then add the voucher code samsung gave you on your email/sms after you enter give it a few seconds to validate. then select apply. it will deduct the amount and it will show you owe R0. from there just complete your details.

finally received my UV Sterilizer...please advise if the phone can be charged/ Sterilized with leather flip cover that I have encased my phone in...or do I have to remove the cover everytime I sterilize ?
