Me too 😞 . Since day one my charger will not stay seated. Can not use in my car at all. Bad design. I don't suppose there will be a recall. I have read many people having same problem. Way to much money for this to happen.
Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:
1- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members> Get Help> Interactive checks->charger/USB).
2- Check the device performance in safe mode.
3- If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
