I am not finding the options shown in this app on my note9 camera. Is this not related to galaxy note9. 

I would also like to know how to uninstall this app.

Tips is like general information related with galaxy devices..aur UI2.1 k baad bahut se features mile hoge camera me..

And you can't uninstall this app...you can only disable or force stop it..

tips is general information about all devices if it present in your device or not present doesn't matter

I have a solution. Go to home screen settings and scroll to hide apps option. Choose "Tips app " to hide it. It will never bother you. Cheers👍
