Telephoto camera vibrates

When switching to the telephoto lens, the lens vibrate and the image is distorted, i have to shake to stop the vibration. Had it from initial purchase in November. Any ideas as to what this is?

Not a normal case if you can see that physically. Get to the service center, it's probably a hardware issue.

The telephoto unit is not dual aperture so we can rule out the possibility of software causing the issue. How do you think it's a software issue?
