System UI unresponsive in Note10+

I have a Note 10+ , 512 gb. 

After the UI 1 update it started giving the problem of the System UI being unresponsive even though I have put in auto restart mode at 5 am. Updating to UI 2.1 also hasn't resolved this issue. Invariably the screen freezes atleast twice a day. It totally freezes to the extent where answering an incoming call is not possible. Only remedy is to restart the phone
Any solution? Anyone having this issue. I have a Note 9 512 gb too. No such issue in that. 

All in all, over note 9, I didn't get any tangible benefit by buying a note 10+. I was a bit disappointed in fact

just backup data and flash a firmware using samsung Odin

thanx for your reply. Pls advise how do I get Samsung Odin and how do I flash the firmware?

I went on to the net and found the zip file. there is the Combination file and the Firmware file for N975F, the version of my device. which one to use?
Flashing it will reset the device to Android 9 and then will mean all the updates to be downloaded and installed to bring it up to the present version.
please advise
