Hi,
That's very unfortunate to hear. Have you tried resetting your phone. Resetting your phone to the factory setting occasionally is a good practice. Please let me know how it went once you try it out.

That's a typical Samsung problem. They have poor RAM management. Try updating your OS. It might solve a few things.
