This thread is clearly started by a Samsung insider to mislead customers as they have been facing hundreds of Consumer forum lawsuits.
Samsung went from saying Exynos chips in Note20 Ultra devices (India specific) do not support stand along 5G (which is what Jio is providing) and on facing heat from customers changed their stance to 'a software update is being worked on'.
If there is a hardware limitation, how can a software update address it? All these are fraudulent and duplicitous delay tactics being employed by Samsung. Do not fall for these cheap stunts.
YES YOU ARE RIGHT...MY PHONE ALSO NOT SUPPORT JIO 5G..and i seen samaung said from december 2022 for giving me update...but not giving any update for jio 5g...now itz 29 may 2023...i dont how is work since last 5 month for update...samsung is froud compny totally froud...next time i m not going for buy 1lakh25 thousand phones...i buy 1+ and more middle claas compny phone but not going for buying samsung
