Sound problem through headphones.

No sound is coming from headphones.. mic is working fine. Buttons are also wrking fine.. i reset the device 2 times.. restart in safe mode also but no luck.. any solution?

Have you confirmed the problem is with your phone, and not your headphones?

Check different headphones with your phone, and another phone with your headphones

Clean out your headphone jack, sometimes paper or lint gets in, and prevents a secure connection.

i can change song also with akg headset buttons.. buttons and mic are working fine
