Galaxy Noteactually Samsung does not apply the machine learning like google even the google's 8 mp camera will beat Samsung and other android company due to they have better machine learning but Samsung does not apply the machine learning at all whatever camera you present against google whether its 108mp camera google will beat these camera with 8 and 12mp camera that is where Samsung need to learn things rather trying gimmicks Samsung should learn it from google and apple how a 12 mp camera can give very good results

Galaxy NoteMain jyada kuch nhi janta bas thode settings adjust kar leta hu mere hisab se aur jab mujhe lgta hai ki ab sahi lag rha hai main click karta hu
pro mode matters various settings bro
it depends upon many things
I have to adjust the shutter speed the exposure the aperture and other things as well such as focusing distance and colour balance
so it's a complicated though
generally people don't use pro mode they just click and save it.
if you're insisting me to share I'll tell you
If it's a bright light(daylight) time and you are having good enough light I just lower the ISO to 50(keep as low as you can) also I keep the Aperture to f/2.4(for more detailing) don't worry if it's showing too darker in camera app just adjust the shutter speed keep it on 1 second or more as per the suitable lighting condition then adjust the autofocus metric(you will see the flowers icon to mountains i.e. the flowers icon indicates for macro or closeup shots and going on to the mountain i.e. so long means almost all the objects in frame are focused.) but you can always set it to auto as well in pro mode
and in pro mode you will see that at the right most corner the +/- icon in circular shape it will guide you.
but it's totally depends upon you which kind of saturation and lighting level you want.
hope this might help you to understand.

Galaxy Note😊
do note that bro if you have adjusted shutter speed then try not to shake the phone
if your hands shakes then the picture will get blurry maybe you can use glimbal or tripod for better results.
