To be honest, I'm disappointed by Samsung. Why are we always the last ppl to get software update in South Africa🇿🇦. You guys can't keep your customers happy 😒.. our devices take forever to receive updates..

We can't be moaning about the same thing over and over again.. clearly Samsung doesn't take it's customers serious 🙄. Their software is forever delayed

I'm not sure.. I'm just bored honestly 🙄 we're being taken for a ride here, customer service dololo 🤷🏾‍♂️ we're carrying a high end devices with outdated software

Definitely a big negative. Current S20 users will think again when they upgrade the next time. Developing a software roll out schedule is a big issue because it takes strong management to ensure that it actually happens. Samsung dropped the ball here. You're only as good as your last game and from what I've seen here there are many disgruntled customers here in SA, AND in other African countries.
