How do i update my note 20 ultra phone's software,since I don't get any updates anymore I also tried to do manual updates on my settings but it says phone is updated in August

Note 20 ultra is outdated, no more updates for it, you can upgrade to maybe S22 or S23.

I understand but is there no other way of security, my phone is still in an excellent condition and I'm happy with my phone...

No, it's not harmful to not update your phone, just stay away from dangerous websites
