Have a S10+ 1TB and the phone will definitely run Android 14 with ease. It's just laying in a cupboard after my wife upgraded to S23, we upgraded due to no future firmware updates.

That's the sad thing about Samsung. They build phones with incredible hardware but with minimum software updates. My Note 9 could run Android 14 smoothly too.
