just use it in laptop or another device
then backup files if you can read it
then format it with your phone

Hi there,

Please follow the below-mentioned steps to resolve the SD card issue:

1- Check the same SD card in another device.
2- Check another SD card in your device.
3- Check the issue after formatting the SD card on PC or Laptop.
4- Check the mount or unmount setting from the device storage settings (Settings > Storage > SD card > tap on 3 dots > storage settings > SD card). If it's unmounted, again mount it.

If issue still exists, kindly coordinate with the SD card support team.
