Screen Off Memo Does not save

The Screen off memo gets lost if we receive an incomming call on my Note 8 . Any 1 faced the issue? Is there a fix or workaround ?.

you have to call Samsung care for batter help. they answer you well and if this is a bug then you have to report it.
