Hey Samsung Members,
Despite writing to the CEO for the manufacturing defect of the screen of Note 8 which burns out in a few months , there ain't any response that the company has given which can justify their palming off a defective piece to a customer.
Take care ...for the kind of people who are at the helm of affairs aren't the ones who have answers...and there is a very popular word for them....

Find out the setting (maybe thru YouTube or any body who knows how to turn the screen White by tapping a few numbers and hashtags etc from the keyboard) and make the screen white...see carefully about any shades , lines , dots ,etc on the screen that is kind of permanent nature ...it is a very light shade initially that grows darker as the time passes...its similar to a TV screen burn where you can spot it on the portion where there is a permanent sign of a channel on the screen...I hope my text is clear. If not , anybody in community may be able to explain...

"Writing the CEO" you gotta be really naive if you think writing the CEO will do you any good. They are the CEO, not Technical team. His job is to keep investors happy and profits trending upwards raking in billions more than previous years.
Now as for the issue, raise the complaint with technical team and ask them to change your device.

Thnx for the advice...however, if the CEO feels that the buck doesn't stop at him but his lower rung is only responsible, then he must be naive not to action my complaint. And if he seriously doesn't action the complaint , he will be the one who would answer the investors that why was he turning a blind eye towards an obvious manufacturing defect...at the moment, CEO may sleep off , palming off whatever he thinks is technical regarding the phone , like you are , but the ultimate responsibility is his that how come ,right under his nose , the tech team gives a faulty product and the CEO and his team ,sell the defective product to the customers worldwide. The CEO is finally answerable to the market . He should direct his tech team or whoever he deems fit to address the issue. I am going step by step...hoping some better sense would prevail. However, I have enough material evidence to prove it anywhere about the MANUFACTURING DEFECT of SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 8.

By the way , how did you assume that I haven't crossed that boundary of addressing the issue prior to the relevant people before reflecting it here ?
