Mai aaj bahut gusse me😡😡😡😡😡, dukhi mann 😓😓😓😓😓se ye post likha raha hu. I am genuinue follower of this community, since I use Samsung as my secondry phone. Right now I am a OnePlus user and closely follow their community as well as Samsung community. In past few day i observed that this community has lost its true spirit, which is very disheartning. Community is going down day by day. I see posts just about asking for updates, and there is no good content in this app. This is really bad. On serious note, I would like to tell u just come and see how oneplus cummunity manages its users and creates good content. Here in this members app, we mostly see spamming going on, no good and knowledgeable content, people just asking about updates, no moderator active to look after the community, if someone expresses their personal veiws they are getting targetted by users, even i see there is no unity among the members and ambassadors of this community.

ACTUALLY, IT LOOKS LIKE THAT SAMSUNG MEMBERS IS JUST LIKE A CLASSROOM WITHOUT A TEACHER, AND STUDENTS ARE FREE TO DO ANYTHING.

I am not going to leave this community as other users are saying here. But I feel that Samsung should do something in this regard. I will appreciate the steps taken to improve this community and it will make me feel good, bcoz I really love samsung products, even though i use oneplus. And I also request other users who are dissatisfied or planning to leave, please don't leave.

better to leave rather staying here for longer period I am leaving this community for good . this community has no spirits all are paranoid over updates I will be leaving the community after I get stable version. after stable version. i will no longer post any thing or comment any thing this community has became worst of all the community. if this was international forum many of us would be trolled in many ways but this community is became very very bad or even worse better to leave this community and never come back every again

I was here to solve the problems of the people who are in trouble using the phone . but it seems that people have gone rogue and started spamming this community guide lines even more these guys take action against good users of this community. better to leave this and when Samsung isn't listening to my feedback then why to stay here and make my self a paranoid

true that. yesterday i saw a profile with numerous followers and badges. she has like 30-40 posts all consisting of some alien language. for ex: "gsjhnb gfdgf. btdfh. fdvhjj gdjgfhfhv. fcnhjbhjj"

As a matter of fact, Samsung itself spoilt this forum by encouraging users to post anything and more the posts, more you advance towards becoming their brand ambassador.
LOOK AT THOSE POSTS WHERE PEOPLE POST ABOUT EVEN A SMALL UPDATE TO THE APPS, NO MATTER HOW INSIGNIFICANT THEY ARE.
If Bixby vision gets and update, you'll see 10 to 20 posts with the same thing.
I WAS THE FIRST TO RAISE THE VOICE INITIALLY WHEN THIS ALL NONSENSE BEGAN HERE ON THIS FORUM, After a major update to this app may be a year or two back.
You can search for my posts also.
The truth is, PEOPLE WILL TRY and shut you down by saying "It's an open forum, people can post anything they like, and blah blah blah...".
