Samsung note10 lite speaker not working in voice call

Hi...my note 10lite speaker is not working in voice call..is anyone facing speaker issue ..kindly suggest any troubleshooting methods..

once temporary disable Bixby voice wake up if you enable it, then observe

ok once go to settings >general Management >reset>reset network and reset settings, restart your device and check, if still same then try to visit service centre its better
