Samsung note

I got update of samsung note in Galaxy note 8. It got updated with latest features of PDF integration,  PPT and Word compatibility etc. But after  schedule factory reset , the application has no above features. Now not able to upgrade. How an app already updated got down graded?

go to Galaxy store and check is there any update

checked. no update. But the version in phone and the version in store are different. My version is same as the version in play store. I have installed from galaxy store but the version remains different only.

ol now do one thing go to note>click on 3lines left top corner >click on settings icon>check all settings >and then click on about note

so i think you will soon get an update option in Galaxy store
so wait... and check regularly

or do one thing uninstall and install it again from galaxy store

that also has been done twice. But same. So I think I will wait. But I am surprised how an updated application ( all previous notes were converted to the latest and it specifically informed that now on I won't be able to get older version of notes!!!!
