This is my brief explanation on how Samsung is ignoring the Galaxy Note series users.
As you all know, Galaxy s10 plus has heart rate sensor, a headphone Jack port, separate power button and Bixby button, and a dual camera on the front side.
All these features were removed from Galaxy Note 10 plus. Even a Smaller note 10 doesn't even come with micro SD card slot, and comes with a 1080 display instead of 2K display. This is a pure Apple strategy.
I think these omissions made in Note 10 plus is a bad move, if s10 plus has the above mentioned features then note 10 plus must have those features too, Samsung would have removed the features starting from Galaxy s11.
And we all know how Samsung Played a game in 2016 by releasing Galaxy note 7 instead of Galaxy note 6, all we all know Galaxy Note 7's battery issue, and finally Samsung stopped selling Note 7 for the same issue. Am one of those customers who had pre booked note 7 and didnt get the note 7 in India, they forced me to buy the S7 edge and I clearly rejected and took back my pre booked money.
Am watching from the 2016, OS Updates will be released first to the S series instead of the Note Series, this year also Android 10 will be first released to Galaxy s10 series and then to Galaxy note 10 series even though Note 10 series the latest Flagship from Samsung. The latest Flagship should get the OS updates First.
I have purchased the Galaxy Note 10 plus, am not happy with the Note 10 plus, I also have a camera blur issue on my Note 10 plus, so Samsung has agreed to give me a coupon worth 80k to replace my note 10 plus, am thinking to buy s10 or the s10 plus using the coupon, what is your opinion on "Samsung ignoring the Note series users"?
Am this is my last Note from Samsung. Hell with the Note 10 plus, and I didnt find any interesting features in note 10 plus regarding the s pen, Samsung is running out of ideas.
I am the s10 plus user now, but previously i owned note 9 I love note series . note 10 plus is better than s10 plus according to me. Blur issue is a issue that can come in any electronic device. I love S PEN functions. if you are not using pen functions, then u can go for s10 plus but note 10 plus is more latest . According to me, note series requires more customization due to spen as compared to S series, so their update requires more time than s series
doesn't matter, OS updates and beta programs should be released to the latest Flagship first that is the Note 10 plus., I didnt find any blur issue on my Friend's Galaxy A70s, it's a Shame on Samsung that it has manufactured a defective Note 10 plus.
Bro,S10+ is really better and after recent update, S10+ has all the features of note 10+..and it's your(don't take it otherwise)fault too..It was already known that Note10+ not having heart rate sensor plus headphone Jack..also price was way too high..but still people went after it..I always claimed don't consider S pen as a deal breaker..S pen is quite fragile..fir complaint aayega s pen break ho gaya.. 😐..another limitations of note series....but on the other hand, it's only 1or 2 month old device, so give it sometime..(but don't expect any tremendous improvements in the camera department)..because we S10 users are also having camera issue(especially in artificial lighting conditions)...
And I totally agree, that Samsung is running out of ideas, that's why new S10 lite is on the way..😂😂😂🤣..A80 was a big flop..but again they are going for similar sliding concept(may be for future S11 or other model)..
if S11 launches with Sliding camera design then it will be a biggest flop guaranteed., yes that's why am thinking to switch to s10 or 10 plus using the refund coupon given by Samsung to me.
I do agree, note 10 plus isn't a major upgrade over note 9, but I had note 8, that's why I upgraded and am regretting now, I also observed newly released phones by samsung has over exposure camera issue by default and it can't be fixed via Software update also, am thinking to either wait till jan 2020, or buy the s10 or s10 plus.
