This is standard procedure bro, After reaching around 90% the battery is charged slowly to save battery and battery life... Its called trickle charging I guess..
best way is to charge at 20 percent min and dont exceed 90 percent of battery at max. this will give a long life to battery. After 80 percent charging becomes slow and this is normal and like @halfhuman said is called tickle charging.
