I have Samsung Galaxy Note 9, I'm facing the problem. The problem is when is switch the camera to live focus its vibrate. I do all trouble shoots steps. But its not resolved so please give me the solution please. I also visit the service centre but they also said do trouble shoot but my problem is not resolved.😭
I agree, if that would have been the issue, No Company would have Release it Through Air & ask their customers to upgrade the Security Patches through OTA, Then Everytime rather they would have asked to visit Service Centre for Upgrading. One in Ten times can even happen with Digital Camera also, since it is related to the movement of Lenses, but if it happens more than that then might be some issue with Camera Assembly and for that you have to Visit the Service Centre.
They will not say any excuse. I have visited service center with my note 9 having the same issue. They replaced the camera same time. Samsung service center follows a procedure called ESC( excellent service guide). They will do repairs and trouble shooting depending on these ESG. When each device is released samsung will release an ESG and will update it real time with all common complaints, and its solutions and the technicians in the service center will strictly follow these guidelines for service. They will never try say any lame excuses.
