I own Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Now as per the Samsung's update policy,the device falls under quarterly security updates.The last security update given is August 2021 patch. After that almost second quarter is also moving faster but no quarterly security update has been given by Samsung. This is a differ from the Samsung's promise of regular release of security updates for its premium smartphone of that year. We are spending huge amount not only for hardwares but an assured and latest software updates for atleast 3-4 years. I am unhappy with the software update policy from Samsung.
