After updating to  Android  9 on Samsung Galaxy note 9 there are lots of features absent, which use to present earlier on Android 8 such as recording 4K videos as well as recording full HD videos in different frames.

and pro mode video recording
more over single tap mode
edge lightning effect of music player
And edge lighting during call is absent
