For these many days I was using galaxy note 7 as my primary phone.. skipping updates..
But my mistake my friend has updated the software which made the device to totally non working.. can I now return this note 7 to Samsung customer service? Will the accept and provide a refund? Please advise my dear friends. Your advice means alot to me.
Hey there, thank you for the reply from Samsung directly.. The concern is I have been using galaxy note 7 without updating to latest version.(running android 6.0 marshmallow) accidentally it was updated (which was the update given from Samsung not to charge the battery anymore) so is there anyway to make my galaxy note 7 to work again?
