What is the average normal battery life of the above subject, per percentage reduction in battery consume how much mins of time or How many mins will be taken to drain 1% battery, can anybody share their practical experience on this matter

here is a result from An app called accubattery I use on my new note 10 plus as you can see in second screenshot when the screen is turn on 10.3% is used in an hour (60 min) so the answer to your question is it drains 0.1716666667% in one minute of course this would not be same for everyone because there are many other factores included like surround temperature, brightness, darkmode, backround running apps and many other factor affacts battery consumption. This is just the rough Idea.

can you also brief about the Battery Drainage of S Pen how much percentage does it get drained per min, mine for 5 mins 10 percent battery of spen has diminished

First of all spen dosen't comes with battery it has something called super capacitor but let just call it a battery. I personally don't care about battery as we can use Spen also without battery only you cannot use air action like pressing button on spen & taking pictures, volume up and down using spen and other air action but you can use it normally like for typing writting or drawing ,scrolling & I mainly use spen for writting and scrolling which dosent require batter so I cannot answer how fast it drains. Also as I told earlier that drainage totally depends on your usage and your air action usage seem to be too high I don't think Mine drains that quickly it almost last whole day without charge (inserting inside phone) as my usage is different from yours.
