Device is getting heated up , battery draining 1 percent for every 5 mins, when kept for optimized mode in battery.  When set for high performance device gets slowed instead of becoming faster and it gets heated so did anybody felt same experience? Kindly share your opinion

No such issues for me. Reboot phone often and may be some app might be causing the issue by running in background.

Also you can try going to setting > Device care > memory and then press "clean now" to clean background running apps
