Samsung DeX not working on Note10

Samsung DeX not working with Windows 10 PC. Everytime the Note10 is connected with supplied USB cable, it just asks to disconnect and install the USB driver and does nothing else. Even DeX via HDMI just replicates the screen and does nothing more as advertised.

you should install dex software on your pc from its official website

Already done that. It's the DeX app only which is asking to install USB driver again and again. Windows device manager shows no issue

again some drivers must be missing on your pc itself.. check out the needed drivers on official website and compare it with your pc.. if some drivers are missing you can get it from your PC manufacturing website.. Eg: if you are using HP laptop all the drivers for that laptop are available on HP's website..

my note 10 plus works fine in dex mode with usb type c cable..

for any missing driver, the device manager will show an error. I am also trying with the supplied type C cable

already did that, there is no such specific USB driver on Dell website. Further, USB driver is provided in the DeX software package by Samsung which is installed

Update: as per Samsung tech support, checked and the phone is showing in My Computer (This PC) and files can be accessed. Further, the Samsung Switch app was installed and there too the Note10 is detected without any issue. But whenever the DeX app is opened, it asks to install USB driver and there after does not work
