Samasung Note 10plus voice direcions not working when using Samsung AKG earphone

In Samsung Galaxy Note 10plus Google maps voice directions dosen't work while using Samsung AKG earphones(usb type C), but without earphones Voice directions are working properly. The FW of the earphones is also updated, but still the same issue. What will be the solution to this problem.

Suppose if I am riding a bike and hearing to Google maps through the earphones, then it plays after some time 'GPS SIGNAL LOST'.

I have never used it with headphones but it's working with bluetooth music system

Please check with the usb type c AKG earphones. Voice navigation dosen't work. it shows gps signal lost
