SOT on Note 10+

What's a good SOT on the note 10+ connected to the active watch all day through Bluetooth, Location turned off, WiFi turned on all times. Normal usage.

I don't use smart watch but sot on my note10 + has been a rollercoaster ride. when I got my device back in October 2019 I got sot over 9 hours solid. but android 10 it's between 5 hours to 7 hours max.

I am getting 5 hours max on a good day. So trying to understand what's a normal/good SOT. However I use the active 2.
