 It appears that Samsung has opened up the One UI beta. One UI is Samsung’s rebranding of Samsung Experience 10 and is based on Android Pie.

Note series has first time got beta update it's interesting that Samsung provide best upgrade to Samsung Note series first in India . The best series out there with very great battery life and beautiful remote s pen.
